Do pickers scan positions in Basic mode?

No. In Basic mode pickers only scan the product barcode and confirm the quantity — they do not scan the warehouse position. To direct picking position by position, use Advanced mode.

What is the difference between a blocked position and a quarantine position?

A blocked position is any storage position you have taken out of operation; its stock stays put but becomes unavailable. A quarantine position is a dedicated area on the Quarantine tab for damaged, rejected, or to-be-inspected goods that are not for sale and are not synced to external systems.

Why can't I delete a zone or position in PULPO?

PULPO will not delete a zone or position that still contains products. Clear or move the stock first; for zones, PULPO shows you which positions still hold products before it allows deletion.

Do I have to create warehouse positions one by one?

No. You can create many at once by setting an Amount in the create row, or import them in bulk with Upload XLSX after editing a Download XLSX export.

Why can't a picker drop off a finished picking task?

A packing position accepts only one picking task at a time. If every packing position is occupied, a picker who has finished cannot drop off their products. Create more packing positions to match your throughput.

Will quarantined stock show up in my sales channels?

No. Products in a quarantine position are not available for sale and are not synced to external systems.

Do my warehouse changes save automatically?

No. Changes are staged until you click Save. PULPO warns you if you try to switch tabs or leave the page with unsaved changes.
